Depends on what cms it was!. Was the security up to date ? Make sure You change admin panel password after you clean and check files. Mostlikely they use a form of injection
I use Joomla.
I can put it in "inactive" site, but if I put it in active you see this guy page... Do you know what to do?

If that happened to me I would also hire someone to fix it . Also update joomla security after it is fixed and make sure you change your admin pw.
I would take it down asap as you are only giving this criminal more airtime.

Definitely agree with Ixian. You need to get it down pretty quick before your reputation gets tarnished. You can put up a temporary page saying site maintenance or something.
Take it down and hire someone to fix this issue, I know a few guys who can help you if you would their details, shouldn't cost much at all.
The guy who hacked it has added his BlackBerry pin as well, note it and report to BlackBerry, you might be able to some information on who it is or at least disrupt his life in return.
What is the Arabic song all about?
I would take the site down ASAP, surprised you still have not done it.
Have you not got a back up to replace the current one? Most hosting companies do keep back up, see if they have a back up.
Change all your passwords, upgrade to latest Joomla, clean up all your codes and database entries and more importantly upgrade the plugins if you use any as most hackers get in through plugins.
Something like this happened to me before. In my case it was a htaccess hack, where all pages reffered by Google were forwarded to an animal porn site.
Your first priority should be taking the existing site down, setting up a the most recent healthy instance. Other than that I'd install the latest Joomla as well as beef up the ftp security.
Good luck. I hope you get it fixed shortly.
