How many gaming affiliates have made any progress in binary/forex?

Hi all,

Just a general query really to see how many gaming affiliates have made the leap to binary or forex, however small? Do you feel it requires a completely new site or would you consider offering up either as an alternative vertical on your sites to casino or poker gambling.

Interested to hear your thoughts!

Considered it - but never made the attempt.

Binary Options is poorly aimed gambling - with publicity that is economical about the truth, low payouts, and too much hype. My version of a binary options site (the truth) would contradict the marketing on target sites.

Forex is something I have to do for real on a monthly basis, but again the forex sites seem to be more about leverage and "trading" rather than a a useful business angle. I see the potential similarity with gambling affiliation, but the subject matter just doesn't grab me enough to make me want to cover this area.


Perhaps I could be persuaded if I hear tales of great revenue from other affiliates though ..

I don't have enough knowledge yet, it's something I'm reading up about and might enter into, but I always think play to your strengths, the grass is always greener on the other side isn't it but sometimes your best sticking to what you're good at as I've wasted time trying to do other things previously and ended up wasting time that could have gone on my core marketing efforts.

I promoted forex in the past but never had any luck with it. I think I'll stick with online casinos

Well I think the market is still early, though with a lot of potential. I myself am considering testing the waters to see what happens. Could be a "good bet".

Without doing any sort of a sales job, let me know what you think of TradeFight. It's a hybrid of casino/poker/lottery gaming and forex trading. Essentially it replaces RNG with live market data. I'm a big fan of it and as a rank novice in playing the market, I consider it a good 'in'

I have to agree that most of the target websites traffic would be sent to are less than forthcoming about what they are doing and what the product is.

And on the promotions side....sheesh it's NOT investing, (which most people equate to investing in tangible assets) but almost everyone that sells it, sells it that way.

I have not even come close to trying the market out for the same reasons Gooner posted.

As both a casino player and affiliate I don't think these things belong on a gambling website .As a gambler there are way better options and as an affiliate I do not see any incentive to pursue it.I own a third of a large financial forum in Canada and few times people have started threads there and the savvy investors discount binary as gambling so who knows maybe closer than I see it .

Binaries are definitely not investing and that's the biggest problem in my opinion. Operators, white labels, and affiliates all put their "suits" on and try to pretend that they're investment people peddling investments, which is a total misrepresentation of the product.

If the operators cannot represent their product for what it truly is, I cannot be bothered to push it.

Thanks Tom for raising this point. I spent a little time at the Financial Partners Expo which was on the Thursday before LAC and have to say while I feel like I learnt a little there is still so much to learn about binary and forex.
We had a booth at LAC (as you know) and we had a lot of people coming to ask us if we were in the binary space yet, which makes me think the gap is closing in the crossover between casino and binary.
Its something we are going to start looking into over the coming weeks.

Dear Racim, I have some information needed for You. However, what i need to recomment You is first of all investing not only Yout time, but money too. There are some mysteries going on among the potential affiliate or marketers, that they will earn money just because...without any investments. Money do not work like this usually. To earn them You should invest, for some technology, promotions and PR. Once You understand and have a clear goal on what You need to do, how You are able to gether target audience and for what sphere, You will be able to make money...binary options brokers are best for this.
