Sbobet frozen stats, not replying to affiliate

I m experiencing a situation with Sbobet. My affiliate panel is frozen for almost a week now, even though my players continue having significant action. I sent them pms via their internal system and e-mails. No answer from them. Usually they reply within a working day. Also, called them on the phone and was told that their affiliate department can only be contacted via e-mails (that they refuse to reply).
Any advise what to do?
Any contact with them that I could use?

Yes, found the e-mail of a manager who took care of the issue.
