What are your favorite '80's jams?

**Casinorep** · 21 March 2014, 1:14 am

I grew up in the '80's and have quite a long list. But this one strikes me currently:

**Anthony-Coral** · 21 March 2014, 4:13 am

so much good stuff from the '80's ( I may be biased, of course!)

I remember this from the late 80's - I'd never heard an album like it

At the time Hip Hop was just starting down the road to gold chains and bling and being a bad ass so this seemed to come out of no where and be totally different...

Lovely memories

What were we thinking..?

SERIOUSLY... What were we thinking!?

**Maria F** · 21 March 2014, 4:57 am

OMG Anthony I love that.

You know I am a 80's girl all the way. I even remember dressing up like Cyndi Lauper LOL

Plum - especially Black Doris ...

Techincally NOT from the 80's, but is in two fantastic 80's based things, the film The Business and the game Grand Theft Auto Vice City. Many a good memories of driving around with this on just before running prositutes over lol

My favourite song ever, best tune the world has ever listened to

**thebookiesoffers** · 21 March 2014, 6:38 am

Another favourite from my murdering prostitutes days

**thebookiesoffers** · 21 March 2014, 6:43 am

Right, last one, Im now late for the pub because of this - Deacon Blue - Real Gone Kid

**freebetking** · 21 March 2014, 6:49 am

1989 if that counts - styles changing to a bit more house and dance bringing in the 90's.

Andy, check out on youtube, 808State v MC Tunes - The Only Rhyme That Bites (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CMiB4z8JgY) and Bassheads - Is Anybody Out There (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7anzYepfhnk)

2 classic dance tunes from back then in the very early 90's, stick with the Basshead's song, takes a while to get into it but well worth it

**Anthony-Coral** · 21 March 2014, 6:55 am

BOOM!
