The subject line in itself sounds very strange and doesn't make any sense. Admin fees have nothing to do with whether affiliates login or not.

That’s correct, but the email is fraudulent, so they're simply trying to trick recipients into clicking the link.

Thanks for sharing, I had ignored the email regardless. When I do get such emails I usually try to login as normal rather than using links in emails.
