Hi
Site for sale = http://www.safebookmakerssites.com/ - NO REVS WITH SALE.
Listed site for sale a couple of years ago and that thread can be found at - https://www.gpwa.org/forum/horse-rac...ghlight=pendil
Reproduced that original listing below, with some adjustments and updates........
Website for sale- 10 years old - mainly horse racing and betting but other sports also on site.
Sold and closed my other sites - but kept this one going as traffic kept increasing despite no SEO at all, no reciprocal links in or out, no HTTPS, and also quite a few pages that are not mobile friendly pointed out by Google Console that i never bothered to put right.
I also closed all connected blogs, Facebook and Twitter pages about 5 years ago, so site stands alone.
Despite that, page views through winter (poor horse racing) average about 20,000 page views each month.
Good summer racing last year bought in about 25,000 + page views each month.
This site did have about 1,400 pages, but took out all reviews and special offers pages - now about 175 pages in size.
Now mainly an information site (bet explanations, racing tactics, sports betting and racecourses ),with no gaming reviews etc. ,so new signings are few and far between, but if you link traffic to your own reviews and bonuses, it should work out ok.
All articles and racecourse facts are mine.
Top 10 Google for quite a few searches, including, Scoop 6, televised racing, Saturday tv races, win placepot, placepot explained etc., and many other bets and racing info articles, plus top 10 Google search for many British racecourses.
Originally listed that site takes 2 or 3 hours per week to maintain, i thought i would get accurate time figure for that, and was surprised after clocking each update, the time it takes to maintain site is 22 minutes per week.
It will be more than that for busy meetings like Cheltenham Festival, as you need to update Scoop 6 page every day. However, even for busy weeks, it should get done in well under 1 hour cumulative.
NO AFFILIATE ACCOUNTS are Included in this sale, but revs for past 12 months are £3492 = average monthly revs £291.
So, i am working 22 minutes most weeks, which works out at about £220 per hour, which is ok to say the least.
Will be listing site at Flippa in a day or two, and, if interested, contact me here or through Flippa.
Anything north of £2,000 will be considered.
Regards that affiliate account where revs are coming from, i may be able to sell that at a later date, but that has to be agreed and arranged through their affiliate system - not sure if it is ok with them, and will have to clear it with them before that account is sold to anyone.
Thanks
David
