Anyone suspect Bovada FTDS not being reported correctly this month? Registrations are fine, FTDs are not.

Also, since when did Bovada offer BTC as a betting account currency? Is this new or old. I thought they just converted bitcoin to USD when you deposited BTC and you bet in dollars. Now you can bet with bitcoin as the stake. It is certainly an option for new sign-ups. How recent is this?

Have 8 registrations with no FTD's on one account and 5 registrations with 3 FTDs on the other one so not sure.

For BTC as a stake I don't think this is an option yet and it is only used as a payment in/out method.

It is an option because I did a test account and had two 'currency' options: usd or btc. I chose btc and deposited and made bets in btc. The account currency was btc. No usd involved at all. The test account did show up on stats as a registration almost immediately and as an FTD 24 hours later. Judged by my suspicions and your comment the 100% btc account must be very new and I wondered if the software change coincided with my total disaster in terms of FTDs this month. Maybe they have somehow made it harder to deposit usd this month or some other change that discourages conversions or myaffiliates reporting problem. I have 21 registrations and 0 FTDs so far this month, normally FTDs would be at 50% at a minimum on my account. It is the worst run of no FTDs for me since Bovada brand was created and also for Bodog USA for 10 years or so before that. They were flying in until 1st of this month. I feel there are still niggles appearing in the system since migration to revenue network.

Last time I checked which was at least a few months back I did not see it, but glad to see they now have it added. I am sure they will soon also be adding BSV giving Calvins involvement in this crypto.

I do see a conversion issue here as well. I am thinking inbound payments other than BTC is now becoming tough.

Yes, it could be a problem with their USD payment processor.

11 SU's and no FTDs in one account
4 SU's and 3 FTDs in the other account

Difficult to say it is a reporting issue as both accounts should show the same.

That's what my figures are now. Usually, with our traffic, 50%+ FTDS on sign-ups. The stats haven't synched for a couple of days, so not up to date.
I know there is a problem but don't know what it is, but oddly my btc currency test account did show.

Have you informed them? The more people who have this problem and report it the better.

Are you in USA and can maybe do a USD credit card test deposit and a bet or two, not a btc deposit test?

We are working on it, and yes obviously we will contact them about it. The more affiliates that complain about it the better - would appreciate keeping this thread updated as we learn more. And we haven't had any issues on accounts that have deposited with btc. Our stats haven't synced in a couple of days either, so not sure if thats related to this or something separate (or if there is any larger concern).

I get the feeling this problem is not widespread or it would have been sorted by now and more people would be complaining. Their stats often fail to update at weekends, but would be nice if this delay was related to a fix rather than the usual weekend malaise. I had non-committal feedback from the program so far, promising to watch my account and an update at end of month. I think if their USD payment processing was badly affected, surely more affiliates would be commenting. So maybe just some affiliates accounts.

Yeah that seems not very hopeful, it seems to be more likely just a routine delay. That is not the feedback I would have hoped for, it is pretty clearly a problem which will require investigating. I'm wondering if it could be something else unrelated to the USD payment processing, although that seems like a likely culprit.

It could be - and I have a couple of conspiracy theories - but I have to stop myself guessing, especially after the 5D fiasco.

I am dealing with someone there who I trust, so prepared to bear with it.

Just saw that. Looks like they are resolving the delay in data. Will let you know if that fixes the FTD issue although I doubt it will.

Will be following up on the FTD tracking problem, and will keep this thread updated. Would also appreciate any update others have.

I like MyAffiliates but very often they have few days of hiccups which later "get sorted". Somehow despite not noticing anything special, I really don't like when it happens.

BetOnline have been offline for a few days and only came back yesterday. Zero stats is maybe all you'll see for the period they were claiming to have a denial of service attack, even when it is caught up.

The FTDs problem this month with Bovada is more than just myaffiliates' usual delay issues.

Only read the post now and see the issue BetOnline has been having. Hopefully this fixes itself very quickly and things resume as up till a few days ago it has been a good month.

Also with Commission Kings they are missing data from the 15-19th (possibly DDOS attack related).

I expect this week there will be big shifts in numbers showing in the commissions for both brands.

It appears the Bovada stats caught up. I have one new FTD, from a player who registered in 2013 (yes 2013) and only makes 1st deposit now - very strange.

Last month stats: 45 sign-ups 34 FTDs.
This month: 27 sign-ups & no FTDs from them.

When did the problem start? 1st of the month.
