Someone with Tourist related site

Hey

completely not related. I had a chain of the worst experience i had with car rental company and want to pay them back a bit by posting about it one some relevant site.

So if someone here has tourism related website and interested, let me know. You will get a nice article and I will have my fun.

Yeah doubt it, never mind.

Have you tried leaving reviews on sites like TrustPilot or TripAdvisor? They both have sections for car rental companies and get plenty of visitors.

I have had some success in the past on TrustPilot after leaving a negative review based on my personal experiences. Its normally after I have exhausted emails to the companies customer support but once that negative review goes up they normally get in touch and aim to resolve it.

Did it belong to the worldwide brands live Avis, Hertz, Sixt (even Europcar) etc? Or it was a local company? You can PM the name, I can look it up for you if you need more info on them.

Never had any issues with any of these brands, but again I don't ever rent from anyone else. This is obviously not an excuse for their behaviour.
