FA Double Dipping on NCI

With the limited stats supplied; hiding this info is unethical, it would seem FA are double dipping deductions on their NCI bonuses. Here's an example -

• Player receives an NCI, mets wagering and withdrawals

Part of those winnings include the NCI. Winnings are deducted from GGR.

But it seems, FA are also deducting the same NCI amount from GGR. In which case, it's being deducted twice.

What I can never understand is why?

Why do this to people (usually it's the little to mid sized affiliates) who are the victims of these thefts. Akin to school yard bullies, stealing the lunch money of kids who can't fight back. It's human greed, pure and simple. Behaviour of the lowest of low life scum.
