Focal Click click stats missing

Has anyone else noticed that all of a sudden a few days ago that click stats suddenly are no longer being shown in the stats?

Focal Click utilizes Playtech Software, they have 2 casinos and they use the standard Playtech stats system.

I have mo problem with the "out-of-box" PT stats system and I have always found Focal Click to be a decent program to work with etc, but I am a little concerned that if we would have to live with the stats missing this ever so important stats column.

I have written to the affiliate management but have not had a reply and was hoping maybe someone here may have already talked to them and could shed some light on the situation.

Yep, all the click stats are missing for this month and all previous months.

I've been chatting to my Focal Click aff manager and he says that the clicks column has not been reflecting the correct amount of clicks that is why it was removed. He also said that they are apparently going to be moving to a new system soon. I said I hope it was not Mexos and his response was "Oh dear - why's that?" FFS, do some of these programs operate from caves?

So they felt it was just better to remove a stats column rather than explain to affiliates there was an issue???

And they felt it was better to just ignore requests for information what was wrong with the stats???

And they decided to change the stats backend, and felt it was better not to communicate with their affiliates???

Have you tried the password retrieval/reset?

Normally I would suggest you could write to them for help, but I am not sure if you will get a response.

Hello Rick,

yes. Tried. Many times. But I have never received one single mail (checked also the spam folder) with reset token/code/link.
My AM told me (about 1 month ago) that he was able to login with my credentials.
Pretty strange since also my StatsRemote app can't login with the stored password/username... so, it's not a browser(s) fault (cache, cookies and so on)

Hi Rick and Mark,

Both statements are completely correct.

We were experiencing an issue with a couple of affiliates where our system was overstating clicks. In order to check exactly what was happening and rectify the issues we wanted to remove the click statistics on these affiliates only. However, by mistake, they were removed for all affiliates. This mistake has now been corrected and the 'click' field has been reinstated.

We are also moving to a new system in the near future and thus it is imperative for Focal Click as a program to ensure all affiliate tracking in all fields is 100% accurate. That is why we tried to clear up the click issue in the first place. We do not have a fixed date for this exciting move yet but all affiliates will be fully updated in due course.

Once again, apologies for the misunderstanding and I hope this resolves all your questions on the matter. If you have any other queries I'm more than happy to answer them.

I admit I was a bit perturbed I never got a response originally, but I will comfortably state I have never once seen any tests fail for Focal Click.... at least not in some years....

If in fact you guys are moving over to the Mexos system, to be honest this might actually cost you some affiliates.

I don't have as many problems with that system as some, but if the campaign tracking does not work coming out of the gate I will join the ranks that will not bother waiting for a fix.

I do hope that clicks, signups and campaigns work even using the old links, since a few Playtech's that switched over to that system proved it was possible even preserving the old links.
