    Hi,
If you’re running or promoting a crypto casino, the license you operate under isn’t just a checkbox — it directly affects trust, conversions, traffic options, and even which partners or PSPs you can work with.

Here’s a breakdown based on what actually matters:

    1. Curaçao (8048/JAZ)
This is still the go-to license for most crypto casinos. It’s relatively cheap, quick to get (4–8 weeks), and allows you to operate with crypto as the main payment method. You can do casino, sports betting, live games — all under one umbrella.

But: don’t expect Tier 1 trust. For some affiliates, media buyers, or PSPs, it’s not strong enough. Works well for crypto-native audiences or emerging GEOs.

    2. Anjouan (Comoros)
A newer option gaining traction. It’s crypto-friendly, cheap, and fast to get — good for launching MVPs or testing markets. But the trust factor is even lower than Curaçao for now. Might cause friction with some partners or ad platforms.

    3. Kahnawake (Canada)
More established and respected than Curaçao. They’re crypto-permissive, but the process is slower and more detailed. Worth it if you want a mid-tier license with better legitimacy and some leverage with banks or ad networks.

    4. Isle of Man
If you’re serious and have budget — this is one of the best. Fully supports crypto, has real weight in the industry, and is respected by banks, PSPs, and regulators. But it’s not cheap, and you’ll need local presence and a real compliance setup.

    5. Malta (MGA)
Great license — but not for crypto-first casinos. Very tight on fiat regulations and only allows limited use of crypto under strict conditions. If your core business is crypto gambling, this will likely slow you down.
If you want speed and low cost — go with Curaçao or Anjouan.

So If you want long-term stability, reputation, and access to more serious partners — Kahnawake or Isle of Man are better bets.
