We are considering selling an old website which has several betting apps linked to in on the app store.

In all honesty it gets very little / no traffic as it sat undeveloped for a number of Years. As content has been added over past week it has started to rank for various terms.

The Web Site:

Very brand able domain name. Was once the name of an online poker room we have the .co.uk domain name. Around 40 pages of content, 12 newly added.

Traffic is practically zero however we have started adding tools and content to the site over the past week while we decide wether to sell or develop.

The site focuses mainly on sports betting but would, and will be equally suited to all gambling.

The Apps:

4 betting apps which are used very month by people.

the apps have no been in the store for 8 Months and have been revamped a bit before relaunching.

Over 10,000 downloads mainly of 2 apps.

Easy to target you app users with adverts that are relevant and push latest promotions etc.

We have a further 6 apps developed ready for launch also.

10 Apps in total come with the website.

I am looking for serious offers in the mid to high £x,xxx range.

I know many will see this as overpriced but with the apps developed and used every month to a target audience i feel it is value for money.

If no sale agreed we will develop this. The only reason for offering for sale is simply a lack of time.

I retired from the affiliate industry 4 Years ago and took up property development, as those projects are now complete I am looking for something to do, and this site might tick the box if not sold.
