Mr Green - Termination of Operations of MrAffiliate Platform in MGA Territories

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you in advance of an important decision we have made as part of the merger process with 888. After careful consideration, we have taken the decision to close down the Mr Green affiliate platform ("MrAffiliate Platform") in the territories operating under our MGA license (‘MGA territories'). While we do not have a specific effective date for the closure at this time ("Effective Date"), we wanted to ensure that you are aware of this decision in a timely manner. Rest assure that we will notify you as soon as the Effective Date is confirmed.

We want to ensure a smooth transition for you; therefore, if you use MrAffiliate Platform to promote our brand in multiple territories, we will remove the territories operating under our MGA license from your agreement. However, if you use MrAffiliate Platform to promote our brand in MGA territories only, we regret to inform you that we have to terminate our agreement.

Accordingly, we refer to your affiliate agreement with Admar Services (Gibraltar) Limited ("Mr Green") to market, promote and refer potential customers to Mr Green via the MrAffiliate Platform (the "Agreement"):

For affiliates operating in multiple territories:
Pursuant to clause 17.1 of the Agreement, we will amend the Agreement by including MGA territories within the list of "Excluded Territories". Please take this letter as written notice of variation of the Agreement to withdraw MGA territories from the MrAffiliate Platform with effect from the Effective Date.

For affiliates operating in MRG territories only:
Pursuant to clause 10.1 of the Agreement, please take this letter as written notice of termination of the Agreement with effect from the Effective Date, which will be communicated to you in due course. Please note that for the purpose of the termination of the agreement the Effective Date mentioned in this letter should be understood as the "Termination Date".

We refer you to clauses 10.3 to 10.6 (inclusive) of the Agreement (‘Consequences of termination') and kindly request you to refrain from disclosing any confidential information related to our brands and products after the Termination Date.

We want to emphasize that you are entitled to any and all "Affiliate Remuneration" actually earned by you up to the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, no "Affiliate Remuneration" will be payable by Mr Green on or after the Effective Date.

Furthermore, we would like to remind you that all the information shared between us is confidential and we kindly request you that you treat it as such.

If you are interested in learning more about our ongoing programs and would like to confirm your eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact your account manager. They will be more than happy to assist you in any way they can.

Not too many markets left if they remove MGA, but its mainly means that it's not worth working with them... they close affiliation on markets they continue to operate (why?), I understand this from this message because there’s no explicit mention that Mr Green will stop operating entirely in these territories, just the affiliate marketing side being affected.

not to mention they are part of 888 which means should have been removed long ago.

I just want to know what countries this means. I get people are going to lose out and all the "should have removed them years ago" etc, but some of us have legacy earnings from way back

Due to technical considerations, the website will be closing down in multiple phases taking up to a month. This letter serves to notify you that the process of closing down the website
starts on the 18^th of November 2024 and is expected to be finalised by the end of this year. We want to ensure that this notice serves as a reminder to you of the upcoming change.

ROW can mean Rest of the World, LOL

However in this case, I would think the main reference is similar to the trade countries.

Law Insider had a simple explanation and defines them as

Major ROW Countries means Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland and Turkey.

Nope. In f.e. Spain they're operating under a Spanish license.

I asked again and indeed thats what they stated, Den and Sweden only.
