Looking for US Friendly casinos

I am looking to expand US Friendly casinos.

I would like recommendations for properties or groups to look but but have a few basic requirements.

#1 No quotas as I have no intention of even considering ANY kind of quota....even if YOU think it isn't much of one....if I have to meet any quota to get paid, or to continue as what the group feels is an active affiliate....forget it....NEXT

#2 Absolutely NOT interested in any groups that use cookies that are NOT over-writeable.

#3 No crazy high minimums to get paid, and payments to US Based affiliates must be available by check, wire, moneygram, western union etc... (to clarify, I feel for small affiliates any minimum payment thresholds over $350 to be too high....and personally I think $350 adds quite a bit of additional risk to a small affiliate but will consider them nonetheless if they have good reputations)

5Dimes, Island Casino $50 threshold to get paid "Weekly" top conversions, Bovada Casino does extremely well along with Slots.lv and Golden Spins by topbet is very new.. I usually work with cross casinos as a majority of my traffic is sports, but they will all work as stand alone also.

Well Betting Partners has a quota to meet before the percentage hits 25%.

I have considered 5dimes in the past but never persued them, maybe I should since I also need to add a book or two anyway.

3 Real money players quota.. not deposits or new players.. I have never seen a 10% payment.. it would only affect you if you didnt have any players anyhow so if you have less than 3 of your players wage less $1 each in 3 months you might lose out.. 5Dimes I like because of the weekly pay but more because they offer more deposit and payout options over anyone else so conversions are extremely high and retention is solid, they can also take balances from other bookies

GTRevenue - their casino is BetSoft and someone else (Arrows Edge?). Also Vista Gaming Affiliates casino is US friendly.

Thanks tryme, maybe I should have added criteria of using correct math in advertising....but Vista may well be worth looking at.

GTRevenue use the first cookie reward.. so even if you do the job of converting the client you are not getting paid for it,
