    Default Affiliate account suspended Bet365

    Hello ,

I have registered for the affiliate program, added banners to my site and began promoting Bet365, for the first half month I recommended five players. They must be a strong players because they created comission over € 3,200. The problem began when I wanted to go to generate invoices for comission withdrawal. My account was suspended. I wrote to Bet365, they answer was

Your account is suspended due to a breach of the below terms and conditions.

    2.8 Good Faith
You will not knowingly benefit from known or suspected trafbfic not generated in good faith whether or not it actually causes us damage. We reserve the right to retain all amounts otherwise due to you under this Agreement if we have reasonable cause to believe of such traffic.
We reserve the right to withhold affiliate payments and/or suspend or close accounts where affiliated customers are found to be abusing any bet365 offers or promotions whether with or without your knowledge. Such situations to include but not be limited to different customers betting both sides of an event or market so as to limit risk and claim bonuses.

The account remains under review by senior management and if anything should change we will inform you

Does have anybody similiar issue ?

Personally I think they want to keep the entire profit for themself and thats not a good behavior for that big company.

Im from Slovakia , if anybody had similiar issue with bet365 please let me know how they resolve the situation.

Where and how did you promote them?

Hi, same issue and same answer from Bet365. I was promoting them for about an year, everything was working fine, comissions was payed on time. But month ago same situation as yours but I have comission more than 7000 euro which was not payed.
I did not get any explanation after I contact them many times. If anybody ask me on Bet365 after that I will definately not recommend to promote them, because if they dont want to pay you they suspend your account and send you automatic email and they save 30% from profit which belongs to you.

Ok, 2 new guys from Slovakia, with 2 posts together. First has exactly the quota of 5 players. Complaining about the same thing. Guys... at least come with some story I can believe. What a coincidence that you came here 20 mins after the first guy. Same question: where and how did you promote them?

To honest affiliates: I know they player quotas are not nice. But it is something that protects even affiliates from scams.

If "affiliates" are scamming Bet365 despite the quotas then the quotas will go higher. Bet365 need to protect themselves from abuse. If they have made a mistake you'll get your money. They are good as gold.

    Hi Sherlock,

I promote them via my site gamblers-bible.com and via facebook through friends betting group. I dont know if I have more than 5 players because last time when I was able to log in to my account and check the stats it was exactly 5. I promote Slovakian bookmakers too for more than 2 years and have 64 customers so I dont get your point here if you are suspect me from fraud or what, for two weeks of active promoting have 5 players and deposits over 30 000 euro is decent result in my opinion. I start to promote them after I rebuild my site it was not more than month ago so dont connect me with romko1.
On local Slovakian forum about betting was few more guy with same problem , Its not about me and romko1.

Thanks. The magic number 5 really is suspicious. Can you post link to the Slovakian forum. I am really curious to read.

Yes I know that can be suspicious but I check the stats about week ago and start promoting on 26 of May so 5 players in that short time period is not bad and now it can be more but I dont know because Im unable to log in. I will post you link to forum after I arrived home from work.

    The link, please?

It may be a coincidence, but just recently I got a message from another Slovakian bettor, whose account was limited "out of blue". It seems some kind of Slovakian cleansing is happening.

    Hi Sherlock,

Im sending you the link for the forum, unfortunately you must search it on the discusion because they dont have a direct link to threat 1x2tip.com/forum.php .

On that forum was four guys who does similiar problem to mine. So thats five of us and plus the guy who you mentioned. I dont know why they behave like this. Why they allow me to join to they affiliate program bring customers and without reason close my account and withold my pamynet two weeks after my application was allowed. If my site was suspicious or seems fraudalent to them why they allow me to join to the affiliate program. Im very disappointed about how they behave.
I see that you are experienced member, how you can seen my chance to get payed ?

Have a nice day and sorry for the delay with the link, I was busy in work and dont have energy to do anything.

I do not have enought information, so I am just guessing: if you are really honest, then your traffic had some patterns of fraud (one of the patterns can be the Slovakian account - I assume you know well the nature of middle European nations, so it is hard to be angry).

I think you have decent chance to recover your account, if you were honest and if your affiliate manager is from Bet365 and not from YMGlory. I would describe your situation, added everything you can (like Google analytics screenshots about your website etc) and sent it over. Be patient. It can take few or many weeks.

If you feel that the traffic was not ok: e.g. you know the people that are your players, they are from somehow interlinked etc. Then forget about it right now, you are just losing time. This discussion you sent me really is a ****, if you can send me few screenshots about the topic, I would appreciate it. It is just one long neverending thread

Im honest at this, if I know that I made something fraudalent I do not go to the public with my issue. I dont know any of the players and Im not connected with any of them, even I dont know from which country I have customers because that is not in stats.

I think my affiliate manager is that who respond to my emails so her name is Lyndsay Majer I dont know if she is from YMGlory or from Bet365.
I hope that anybody relevant from Bet365 can bring some light to this issue and tell what is happening that accounts across Slovakia are suspended with witholded payments.

Sherlock I will do the screenshots of that discussions and send it to you because I know like you mentioned its neverending thread.

Thank you and take it easy. If there is an affiliate, who will evaluate this correctly, it is Bet365. The affiliate manager is directly from Bet365 affiliate so you are lucky. I suspect they are after Amsterdam, so that is why the delay.

Hi,I think I can be added to the board. Similar scenario happens to me as described about. I was affiliate for one year. I had delivered a lot of new customers. Provisions have been paid regularly, as agreed. My scenario:I have been promoting Bet365 for over one year. I have delivered a lot of customers (I do not know exact number, but sure lot more than5). I used to earn some provision. Customers won a bets occasionally. I have earned provision 7200€ on April. But, during money withdraw attempt I found out my account is blocked (I could not login anymore). I have contacted support service. They claimed I had violated the rules. Bet365 didn’t even bothered to contacted me about issuer. After few useless emails with support service I decided to contact Gaming Authority and License company – IBAS and Gibraltar Gaming Comissioner. IBAS did not responded. GGC said my issue is not in their competence, it is business relationship between me and Bet365.This is how Bet365 threat affiliate partners. As a player I have always been satisfied. So, I have propagated them with goodwill. I wanted recommend good products and services. With my active propagation I have made them thousands of euros. But, sadly my reward had never come. I have strong feeling of frustration, because I have done my part of deal (delivered new customers), but Bet365 didn’t paid my reward. My manager is Lyndsay Majer, as well as endypotters. She does not respond to my mails anymore. I just want my salary for job I have already done. I wish in the end of this issue I could say the Bet365 is fair and good company.

As for me bet365 has always been difficult. due to its complexities, they remain confident position in the market
