Default Back stabbing at its best!

So, turns out the prime minister of Australia who was backstabbed back in 2010 has done the backstabbing this time and gotten his position of Prime Minister back.

I don't actually like either of them, but if you're going to backstab your boss like that, you gotta expect karma to bite you in the ass.

It would be bitter sweet now if the coalition got voted in during the next election.

It actually embarrasses me to be Australian with this mockery going on. Other countries must think we are a nation of morons.

I guess the lesson to be learned is that knitting can be dangerous to your career

Ι'm still pretty convinced that Aussies are not all morons - for what it's worth

Politics is a nasty business. I think it brings the worst out of people.

At least your country isn't cutting a further £11.5 billion from the UK budget, yet not cutting foreign aid.

    Charity starts at home.

You do know a lot of that aid budget creates jobs and wealth back in the UK don't ya?

Considering it is in the news today that we didn't actually have a 2nd recession and the first recession we went through was actually worse than what was thought I'd suggest this government is doing the right thing really

    Yeah it's pretty shocking.

My cousin posted something pretty funny about it on Facebook the other day comparing Rudd and Gillard to Harry Potter and Voldemort 'neither can live while the other survives'

Someone else described Australian politics as being like Game Of Thrones except without all the hot people

I did read today that Julia Gillard will continue to be paid $200,000+ for the rest of her life. Don't see why any politicians should continue to be paid once they're finished in the position.

Paying it forward is always best, IMO. Even if you do not get anything in return, it is still go energy and feels good. Backstabbing, spite, revenge, may work for people short term, but always comes back to hurt people. When friends of mine start to get spiteful the first thing I say is spite is not a profitable emotion, monetarily and in general.

I'm a big believer in paying it forward and every time I do it comes back 3 fold.

I think I will take your quote and use it
    Thanks!
