WARNING: Gambling.com Group (Nasdaq: GAMB) / OddsJam Withholding $3,423.50. SEC Compl
Hello GPWA Community,
I am writing this post to warn all fellow affiliates about the unethical financial practices of Gambling.com Group Limited (Nasdaq: GAMB) and their subsidiary, OddsJam.
They are currently withholding our approved and finalized commission balance of $3,423.50 (Partner ID: odixmwj / registered email: tydousd1 [at] gmail[dot]com).
Summary of the dispute:
- We drive high-quality traffic to their brands as an international marketing partner.
- Our commission of $3,423.50 was fully audited, finalized, and approved in our partner dashboard.
- When we requested the payout, their support team (ambassadors [at] oddsjam[dot]com) fabricated an artificial compliance barrier, demanding a "U.S. Government-issued ID" for an account that was explicitly registered under a non-U.S. jurisdiction from day one.
- We have provided all legitimate international business and personal verifications, but they have completely ignored us, effectively "ghosting" our communications for over 9 days.
- We even escalated the matter directly to Gary Malone (CFO of Gambling.com Group - removed) on July 10, 2026, but received absolute silence.
Since Gambling.com Group is a publicly traded company on Nasdaq, we refuse to let them manipulate their books by recording our traffic as revenue while blocking physical payouts to international partners.
As a result, we have officially escalated this to the federal level and filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- SEC TCR Submission Number: 17342-772-559-034
We demand Gambling.com Group to release our $3,423.50 immediately to our registered PayPal: removed for privacy.

Please be highly cautious when working with any brands under Gambling.com Group. They will gladly take your traffic and find administrative loopholes to avoid paying you.
Best regards,
Warrenbu

Very disappointing hearing stuff like this about a company that is listed on the SE! It's been damn near 2 months now, have you had your issue resolved? For a company with a MKTCP of $64m, I expect better from them.
