888 affiliates, have me in "fraud review" but won't tell me why or update me

I managed to get some VERY good SERPS (Number 1s) for some 888 terms, and saw a massive surge in registrations, though didn't pay a lot of attention as to what product they were for, as I promote sport, casino, bingo, poker and games.

Anyway I had about 216 accounts in December, and I got contacted from a person who was taking over as the 888 Games manager. They told me I had a large amount of games players registered, and that we should look at how to turn them into real depositors, as it seemed they were simply after the free £5. Anyway, he alerted me that a large amount of these players were from Belgium, and was I aware of that? I wasn't, but it rung alarm bells for me.

Anyway, I carried on as normal, then the next thing I got an email saying my account was under fraud review, I shouldn't remove any of the brands, as this would help them see what the new customers are like, and they would be in touch.

I haven't had this confirmed from 888, all they have said is, it's because of a "bonus abuse". However, I am 90% sure that it is because of the Belgium players, which I understand are known for fraud. I put a block on all Belgian Traffic however, still 888 have told me nothing, and updated me on nothing. I have a very nice amount of commission pending, which I don't know if I will ever see.

It's really annoying, I have had 3 affiliate managers since I have promoted them, so clearly their staff turnover is very high.

Can anybody suggest anything?

888 seem to take ages to respond to any queries, a shame because they've got one of the strongest brand names out there. I've heard from Mike that Mark from there seems to be quite reliable, his email address is marks@uffiliates.com - if you want his Skype just let me know

Good Luck with this. It would be stupidly unfair to penalise you for this when you have shown every intention of halting the problem, to the extent of barring a whole country. I have had no problems with 888 but then we don't promote them hard (as we are bookmaker focused and they are just a white label of Blue Square for sports betting), but you do read the odd negative thing about them from time to time. Keep us updated.

As far as I know, it's neg carry over for anything apart from Sport
