this is not only a formal request. It's a personal plea.

I donated this forum over 600 posts and most of them are longer then 3 words. Every post or response is a gift for a forum, irrespective of whether someone agree to the content or not.

A woman from Italy, Club Gold player, was banned from this forum. I wrote about this in the "Club Gold poll". Her member name is "Selenemeltemp". She opened a thread in the Club Gold section on 2 May 2013, because Club Gold refused to pay our her winnings. She wrote into other Club Gold threads. "Selenemeltemp" is an ordinary woman and of course no psycho or a fraudulent player.

After some months the emotion boiled over and she wrote a post to the person with the pseudonymous member name "DinoG". He is the formal casino manager of Club Gold Casino.

I saw her post, with my own eyes. She is not good in English, so the post was written in her native language, Italian and "DinoG" could understand this very well. It's his nature language too. Because i can't understand Italian, and i believe you and the most other people can't understand it too, i did not care about the post and scrolled down.

Later i have seen that the post was deleted and she was banned.

In the light of current exceptional circumstances, e.g. accusing critical persons being "psychopaths" or accusing me, i didn't said the truth about phone calls, i doubt accuracy of his translation from Italian to English, the translation, that was for sure the reason for the block.

Last night i asked the lady, she can't speak here for herself because she's banned, what exactly she has written. I talked to her many times, and she never lies until today.

She said, that she wrote in Italian (her translation she sent me): "Do you spend the avoided winning to buy rich toys to your children?" and she called him (her translation she sent me) a "half-man".

I have seen many times much more worse things like that in this forum, and the members are still alive.

Moreover, the lady told me, she received proofs from Playtech, that she's right with her issue, the thread, that was marked as "resolved" to her disadvantage.

I have seen one screenshot, and it's worth to make it public, because it's an official statement from Playtech, a fact, written black on white and no yadda, yadda or self-made material.

So i ask you, in the name of truth, give this Club Gold player a 2nd chance to make public the official statement from Playtech regarding her issue and comment it. This will be greatly appreciated.

She will be a good girl. If not, if she will insult again, send her packing!

Selenemeltemp was warned multiple times about hijacking threads and personal attacks but they continued. The last attack she made was unjustified and there is no excuse for that at this forum. After her banning she opened another account, which was caught. We are past a second chance. If she has a resolution with Playtech, I am sure that has been shared with Club Gold. If not we can pass it along. I will even update the thread with the new resolution, but will not reverse her removal.
