Polar Vortex causes dilemma

I heard on the news last night that due to the Polar Vortex, 96%, yep 48 out of 50 states will see below freezing temperatures by Friday.

All states in the US except California and Florida will be below freezing Friday.

And about as foolish as a man can possibly be, I am heading north tomorrow....

But now for the dilemma....

Does Ramen burn well?
