YouTube Cover Songs

[MaRcRaM]

I love me a good YouTube cover song. Who doesn't right?

USUALLY, I prefer a raw/amateur cover more than anything that's been "produced" to any degree, but I just came across https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5THMr7YbEM and I can't get enough of it.

Has always been one of my favorite songs so I'm a little surprised I'd never come across it before.

If you come across a good cover, please take a minute to share!

Ф couple of years ago I discovered the group Pentatonix who do ocappello covers. Recommend!

Agree Pentatonix are cool to listen to at times

Pentatonix is great, I also like Voice Avenue and the work of a singer named Geoff Castellucci.

I didn’t know about Jeff Castellucci, thanks I’ll take a look!

Also look into musicians "covering" themselves.

As in, they sing the way they sing, without all the Ultra Processed Music nonsense and ten people telling them what to do.

And this is one of the best amateur covers I've ever heard:

Excellent shares. The Zombie cover especially (another one of my all-time favorites - big fan of the Bad Wolves version too).

You're welcome! If you enjoy that kind of low, deep voice, let me know because I have a whole collection of songs of that style

[Oliver Cooper]

I'm absolutely delighted! So deep and meditative vocal. Wicked game was especially impressive.
