    Default Warning Europartners

    (sorry for my bad English)

This is a warning against Europartners! I had bad experiences with them three years ago (and now again) where they booked a 6 months fixed paid campaign on my site for titanbet, but told me after three months that they won't pay the remaining months. After weeks of discussion and a official warning from our side they paid back the discount but not the agreed three months.

Now they came back to me and told me that they want to book a campaign for titanbet again. I told them that I'm not interested because they cheated me last time. They answered that many things changed in the last three years and my former contact at europartners was known for his bad work. Further my new contact told me that he want to book the top place and they will pay a very good price. I offered them some of my best banners and links and they decided to book 12 months and pay all up front. I sent the invoice and then the story begins.

I had to register at Europartners and they told me to send them a copy of my incorporation document because they have to proof my identity (covered by their T&C). I told them that they can proof my identy with my VAT ID, none of my advertising partner needs such a copy and I'm in this business for over ten years now. After that they wanted to change the cooperation from 12 to 1 month and I have to send them a copy of my driver licence. Two e-mails later they changed again and wanted to book 3 months and if they're satsified then they would book 9 months more, but pay 10% less than agreed before. But the minimum duration for the top place is six months on my page, so this wasn't possible.

I suggested to sign a contract with them, but they ignored it. After some mails more they agreed on signing a contract for 12 months, paid in four installments, always up front at the beginning of each quarter. I agreed on sending a copy of my driver licence. I sent the signed contract and after that they should send it back to me I would send my copy. They told me that I have to send the copy first but that was not an option for me after all the experinces with europartners.

    The story continues...

They don't sign my contract because they wanted to include a cancellation clause where they can terminate the contract whenever they want within 48 hours. I asked them why we should sign a contract if they can terminate at any time. Europartners told me that this clause is standard an written in all of their contracts. They would only terminate if I would delete their banners. (good joke)

So I told them that i don't want a cooperation with them. They've stolen many hours of work in the last weeks. Europartners doesn't work seriously in my point of view. So staying away is the best option because their business practices (change of agreement many times, copy of document, cancellation clause) is untrustworthy.

To operators that have half of their threads with titles like "Where are my money" or "Payment delayed" etc etc, I just ask for fixed payment pre-paid upfront. This way I won't have to deal with their crappy service a lot and wake up angry every time they have messed something up.

Wanna hear a funny conversation between me and them? They have sent me a message on my old email (personal email). Apparently I was using it a few years ago when registering. I kindly asked them to forward that message to my new business email (included in that letter). The reply was "If you wanna know, this is the business email provided to us". I mean how do you reply to that...Do you start bashing on the AM's intelligence or their lack of cooperation and understanding? I just ignored the message, 2 weeks later they finally messaged me on the new email

Thank you for telling us your story, which again shows that nothing has changed.
