Default Affiliates promoting non gamstop casinos

Wanted to get peoples opinions on affiliates promoting non gamstop casinos. I think it's highly unethical as these are people who have self excluded for one reason or another that are being preyed on.

I've noticed within the UK search results that these specific sites seem to be gaining popularity to the point where a google search for "gamstop" shows up a result for a site promoting non gamstop casinos - madness in my opinion.

This trend greatly damages honest affiliates who promote in a responsible way and unfortunately I am not sure how it will end, I see even media companies such as Snack Media accepting SEO advertisements for these sites.

Yes, it's insane! You will soon be unable to rank without these keywords on your UK page because Google is already seeing them as an entity.

Those promoting this shite are only interested in making money; they don't consider the ethical aspects; they simply see it as a product that can be promoted and from which they can profit.

I totally agree and sadly their practices drag us down as an industry, making it easy to dismiss affiliates as irresponsible en masse.

Glad to see my opinions are shared, what gets me is that there are affiliates on this very forum promoting such site (one posting within the last few minutes).

I would be interested in hearing how people thought this could be combated, I believe as many of these sites rely on SEO, it could be worthwhile to contact the sites that link back to them (for a fee) and make them aware of what they are doing.

crypto casinos are probably here to stay whether players find operator sites that are not connected with the gamstop database. Even if SEO was used to target sites based on rankings alone the other part of the problem is the use of databases and players themselves actually searching for this knowing they are excluded from the licensed places.

Another large site that I have found promoting non gamstop casinos is euroweeklynews _com,

As you can see below they have some dreadfully immoral articles:

    euroweeklynews _com/2022/01/26/9-best-casinos-not-on-gamstop-with-quality-game-selection-bonuses/
    euroweeklynews _com/2022/01/27/most-popular-video-slot-in-non-gamstop-casinos/

    euroweeklynews _com/2020/04/09/biggest-casino-operator-in-the-uk/

I would hope after being contacted regarding this that they end this trend.

It appears to me they are accepting articles from the wrong people and not looking very closely at the actual content of the articles.
