On Saturday, the Costa Rica Star reported that the Judiciary Investigative Police (OIJ) had recovered the body of 43-year-old William Sean Creighton, known throughout the online gambling industry as ‘Tony’. The OIJ has yet to publicly confirm the report.
The owner of online sportsbook 5Dimes has reportedly been found dead in Cost Rica after an apparent kidnapping late last month.

Bottom-line was that he annulled my balance (at that point still around 45.000$) and froze my account. When I asked him how he could do such an outrageous thing he said that he is GOD!!! and that he could do whatever he wanted to in his REALM!!!

He was a guy I liked very much, although driving Porsche in 3rd world country and making tens of millions per year, was indeed reckless. His word stood. 5dimes is an awful site but converted. His employees were stupid as it is normal, but when I needed something about affiliate marketing, I just went to the chat of sportsbook and they transferred me to affiliates. When the problem was deeper, Tony went to the chat (as above, but I respected he is the God itself). But I remember once they told me Tony is busy, because he is doing the livebetting odds. He was living for his book. The passion was felt and it overcame even the fact his website was obsolete even 10 years ago.

He was 100% someone who took his business seriously and who let affiliates to make money. Now everything is uncertain ofc even for affiliates.

I just hope this is a fake news and he staged his own death.

Investigators: Wife Set Up Hit

The body of William Sean “Tony” Creighton may have been found Friday morning in Guápiles, buried in a banana farm. Authorities are running tests to see if the body is that of the 5Dimes owner. Creighton’s Porche was run off the road after Creighton left work at 10 p.m. on September 24 to drop off a co-worker. Two men on motorcycles and two men in a BMW SUV forced Creighton’s sports car off the road, forced him out of his car and into the BMW. After Creighton’s laptop and mobile phone were located, investigators determined Creighton’s wife, a Costa Rican native, is behind the plot to kidnap and kill him. Creighton’s wife reportedly transferred $750,000 to members of her own family in a ruse designed to look like a kidnapping-for ransom plot. Former FBI agents hired by Creighton’s family in Virginia are working with Costa Rican authorities to get to the bottom of the case. The American investigators are encountering problems working with the Costa Rican police, including a disagreement on how the Americans brought their weapons into the small Central American nation.

We have an update. According to our confidential sources, the Costa Rican authorities were considering enforcing an extradition order from the US Justice Department. Authorities from the US were seeking Creighton’s extradition on money laundering charges. There is evidence now to suggest Creighton, who was well known to be well-connected in the Costa Rican government, was tipped off and fled to Cuba. Our sources have confirmed the nearly one-million-dollar “ransom” paid by his wife was cashed and converted near Havana, Cuba. Considering Creighton’s “kidnapping” supposedly occurred over a month ago before the news broke, the entire story seems far-fetched.
