Affiliate Team Overwhelmed?

Is the affiliates team active at ColossusBets?
Or are they simply overwhelmed with work?

I ask because I've asked some questions of the team - both by the messages system within the affiliate program and by direct email to affiliates @ colossusbets.com - and they have not been replied to either of them within 7 days.

What is the process for getting a response, and what sort of delay should I be expecting?
Should I resend or just post here?

Apologies - an answer was prepared for your questions last weekend, but a breakdown in communication at our end meant that it looks like the email wasn't sent to you. I will email you now separately.

And I can assure you this is not how I personally intend to do business with Affiliates and going forward I would ask you or any affiliate to call me personally if you don’t get a response from Colossus Bets with 24 hours.
