Default BettingOnline.org - Massive Potential Project For Sale (sold)

After holding on to this project site for 8 years and not finding any time or resources to work on it, we've decided to either sell it or repurpose the content to projects we can actually get too.

While it may not look like much, it's earned thousands of dollars over the years, and still grabs some random players here and there and despite being untouched traffic has held steady at a few hundred visits a month despite the neglect. Obv the domain name is one of the best keyword .orgs as well.

I'm looking for $xx,xxx - but I understand it's a project and needs work to justify an investment so I'm willing to consider offers.

Obviously I haven't even put a logo on it, so you can see how much time I have for it. Personally, my company is growing faster than I can currently handle and despite us telling ourselves for all these years we would get to this one, the reality is we have serious investments in at least a dozen high level projects that will come before we ever get time for this one.

The challenge for me is getting a price that works for the buyer, and motivates me to let it go. For the right person, this will turn into a nice earner very quickly with some updated content and some SEO work. I realize that's "easier said than done" but it's true, we've not done any work to this site in years nor have we ever done any ux, design, or seo work at all.

Interested parties PM me please. Transaction will take place on Escrow.com with buyer/seller splitting fees.

Hello, Can I apply for the bet365 affiliate program using this site? You already have a bet365 affiliate link. I am interested in this site if it is acceptable to the bet365 affiliate program.

If you live in a restricted country and do not qualify or an affiliate account based on that criteria, then buying a site to get an affiliate account if you are otherwise restricted would be breaking their terms of service and could jeopardize the account.

I do not think the country is a problem, one can always have a shell company or something.
But I do not think bet365 would approve this thin content website without significant traffic. The account probably was approved before and is alive for other projects. So it is just my impression, but bet365 would not approve affiliate account just for the website as it is right now.

No need for speculation here - my Bet365 affiliate account is very healthy and tied to around 50 websites for 10+ years now.

This website was something we wanted to build years ago, but didn't get any time to do. The fact that we don't even have a basic logo for it is pretty telling as far as the time we've been able to spend on it. We are a very small team and take on way too many projects, for better or worse that's just what I do.

I spent a couple hours yesterday talking myself into combining some thin pages into more substantive ones, and making other easy improvements, and then talked myself out of it because I just don't have time. And THAT is the core motivation for selling things right now on my end, I'm easily distracted and have a lot going on, and stretched pretty thin already.

I'm leaving this up another couple days, I have an offer that is lower than I'd like or a backup plan to repurpose it into another site of ours that needs some love, one way or another I'm clearing off my desk of things I don't have time for or don't fit out long term agenda (which right now is the regulated US market).

If you have interest in this site, and can see the potential in it - drop me a line. "Buy it now" price is 20k.

Last I heard they weren't accepting any new affiliates at all. They suspended most of them from promoting them and just kept paying commissions on the old referrals. I don't think you'll get an affiliate account with them whatever you do. Even if you bought an active account, they would be aware of the change of ownership and will want to know where it is being promoted and would likely suspend it. I do actively promote them and they want to know everything I am doing and everywhere they are being promoted. The UK market is a joke anyway nowadays, certainly for sports betting. Apart from Bet365, who you wont be able to promote, the rest are completely corrupt and not worth your effort.
