A DRIVERS License however contains an age, so although there are better ways to verify an age, the industries and bureaucrats involved will go with other ways allowing more credit card fraud and unauthorized charges then is necessary. (a credit card in reality only verifies the ability to pay not how old the 15 year old that swiped daddy's CC is)
