Hello,

Please note that our servers responsible for replicating data from our
gaming severs to Star Partner will be down from the Wednesday 25th
February for approximately 48 hours, we do expect to have it completed
before then.

This is due to system critical upgrades which includes:

Windows Server 2003 to Windows Sever 2008 and
SQL 2005 Std Edition to SQL 2008 Enterprise Edition

During this time affiliates will still be able to access their accounts to
retrieve marketing material and view reports, the reports however will not
update until we have brought the replication back online.

Today, the 3rd of March, I still see the message that maintenance is undegowing in website. Is that so? or have you forgotten to put the message down?I need to know if the numbers I see are acurate or not.

Hi Yuval,

The notice period for the downtime was only for the 25th - 27th and
therefore the note no longer applies. Our designers may have forgotten
to take it down because they are busy with the pages for Star Partner 2.

The numbers that you see in Star Partner are accurate and up to date.
You can clearly see that in your February commissions and we are only
a couple of days into March.

The notice will be removed today.

We have been informed by our service provider that they are experiencing connectivity issues, which has resulted in the stats on Star Partner not updating over the weekend. The moment that our lines are back up again all of data will replicate from our gaming severs to Star Partner and up
date of the profit tables.
