What's happening this time then

Got an urgent email last month saying you owed me outstanding funds and you needed my payment details sharpish, even though you pay me every month any way. After lots of badgering Aaron finally managed to tell me it was from an old username or something but since then another wall of silence. Right, I'll ask here seeing as I can't get a proper answer. When is it from, how much is it, when will I get it and why haven't I had it before?
Don't just reply with email your AM or your AM will be in touch as I'm sick of that game

It's probably only a couple of quid but that isn't the point

Hi,

The payment in discussion is for an account you've had with us from 2009.
The reason it was not paid is missing payment details in the account. The fact we pay you on your other accounts makes no difference, as we cannot assume these are the details you want as default for all your accounts unless you tell us.

Once we have your payment details for this account we will pay as soon as possible, usually within 7 business days (some payment methods take longer).

Regarding the exact amount, Aaron will contact you, we respect your privacy and would not like to disclose that information on the forum.

As for "Don't just reply with email your AM or your AM will be in touch as I'm sick of that game", well, we're not about playing games.
There are 2 main reasons for us to ask affiliates to contact their AM not through the forum:
1. Our respect to the affiliate's privacy (we're also legally bound to the affiliate's privacy) and the privacy of our business with the affiliate.
2. It's easier and quicker for us to help with issues, solve problems and answer needs on a chat or a phone call

Regardless, I understand some affiliates prefer to have a discussion with us on the forum, for their own reasons, and I respect that.

well I'll tell you why i brought it on here is because I can never get a straight answer via email regarding it so not quite sure why you've decided to take that tone.

the first message I got was all 'urgent' this 'urgent' that but then when I asked a few questions, nothing. I think you lot need to get you're heads together and have a long chat about how you communicate with each other and affiliates. 14 days I've been asking how much it is for, when is it from and other details, and guess what, i still dont know so you can see why Im not very generous with my mood over this, or at least you should

Oh and I'm guessing this is from when you dumped the netrefer platform and opened the affutd one, so I couldn't put my payment details in could i........

Affiliates were asked to re-enter their payment details once the move was done, I understand you were asked to open a new account and this is why we didn't have the payment details on the old account anymore.

Aaron will be in touch with you tomorrow and proceed with the payment
