Casino rewards stats make me think

I was going to post this in the casio rewards area but I do not yet have permission to access it.

I have been promoting casino rewards for about 2 years now and in those 2 years , I have made $50, the lowest of any group of casinos I have ever promoted.

For the month of may I recieved 24 clicks, and no registrations, no betting players and no deposits.

For the month of april, I recieved 52 hits, with only 1 registration and no deposits.

In april, I recieved 142 hits, 11 registrations, no deposits

The money I had in my captain cooks affiliate program ( even though only about $15 bucks ) was gone when they moved over to casino rewards.

My Phoenician Casino stats went from about earning $80 - $130 ish to nothing at all.

So in one year with casino Rewards, Ive made $50 which is based on the player depositing $100 or more. One year, one depositing player, no earnings carried over and all of a sudden no deposits from Phoenician Casino.

I think we have found ourselves a little bit of a scam group. I am accusing them, no other way to say it. I think they are thieves.

If you need more proof, ill be happy to send two affiliates who use to earn thousands with captain cooks casino group and now make less then $100.

What can we do to this group of casinos that are ripping their affiliates off.

Admin Ratios Explained
The Casino Rewards affiliate program is one of the most generous programs when it comes to calculating Profit to the Casino. Normally nothing is deducted from the profit to the casino but unfortunately many affiliates are either attracting players that do not want to risk their own money or are only interested in getting free money. Because of this Casino Rewards can no long pay all affiliates commissions on the promotions that a player loses back to the casino.

How to tell if this affects you:
We call all promo money given to a player Admin. The promotion can be a sign up bonus, or a retention bonus, or etc. The admin ratios below analyze your players and if they lose their own money or if they only wager money given to them as a promotion. The Profit to Admin ratio is the sum of all of the Profit to the casino generated from your players last month then that number is divided by the sum of all of all the Admin give to your players last month. A ratio of 2 or lower shows that your players either did not wager their own money or you had a big winner. The Purchases to Admin ratio is the sum of the total your players purchased last month divided by the total amount of admin given to your players last month. A ratio of 6 or less shows that your players only purchased to get a sign up bonus or promotion of some sort. The combination of these two ratios shows if your account is full or good players or promo abusers. Casino Rewards can no longer pay a commission on admin lost back to the casino if your account is full of promo abusers. Thus if your account has a profit to admin ratio of 2 or lower and a purchase to admin ratio of 6 or lower the admin will be deducted from your profit to the casino.

If admin is being deducted can I correct it?
Each month we will be calculating these ratios, if your ratios go above 2 and 6 respectively admin will no long be deducted from the profit to the casino figure.

Please note this will not affect the majority of accounts. If you have any questions please let us know.

Even though I admit that I am not exactly happy with the recent changes that Rewards has made, to sit back and accuse them of being theives is just not right.

I have run many tests with their stats and have always found them to be flawless.

I agree thaat they are not always the easiest to convert,but I am not so sure we can even allow a post that rudely accuses an affiliate program in this manner.

I would allow this, it's an opinion I guess and based on user experience. I do not have the same experience with them so I can post a response that says "I do NOT think so"

thanks for replying, but nah !, they are thieves plain and simple. hard to convert? I have always wondered how people who click on a free chip banner are not converted or at least become registered players.

Did that mnay people click on the banner and then say " nah, i dont want the free chips' ?

and what happened to my money from captain cooks?

did they realize or even ask me about what program i wanted the new aquired casinos on ?

They wouldnt even let me change my settings from cpa to commision %

They told me to sign up for a second affiliate account.

If I have $15 in my captain cooks affiliate account ( i know its not much ) and when they take over i no longer have those funds..I call that stealing.

So casino rewards are thieves ! MAKE A STATEMENT OF FACT ONE MORE TIME AND I WILL LOCK YOUR ACCOUNT (Bigbcasinos said so, this will not be a board to quote your opinion as facts. I will ask Ryan to reply regarding your carry over)

Im not new at this, I know that converting 1 player out of 1000 hits is wrong and Im saying so right now !

I've been promoting them for 6 years now, and, although I go thru my ups & downs, I have always consistently made money with them.

GPWA members have tested their stats tracking numerous times over the years and have always found them to be flawless.

Hard to convert? Yes. Thieves? No way. Player retention? Good.

Any user at this forum will tell you: I do not censor posts. I'm also vary fair in facts being brought out when a program is doing "less than the right thing"

If you want to come to this forum and make accusations, that's fine. All we ask is that you show a verifiable block of information holding up your claim.

I'm both and affiliate, and a player with Casino Rewards. I don't like the conversion rates at all. But I'll tell you this right now, You'll not find a more honest program.

I admit. members on many occasions set up tracking audits. They come out clean EVERYTIME.

Never had less than a courteous and timely response as a player either.

Good grief, they even pay (paid) on the bonuses they were giving. It was found to be that certain situations, I'll call it, there were affiliates making money only off those bonuses, which is where the admin ratio come in, which is well within their rights to do so for one thing, especially seeing how no other program offered such a deal. They were paying on money they gave away FREE. Unheard of!

I have the rewards group on our sites (other than GPWA) I can't make a nickel. One player in a years time. The player is consistent though.

Marlene on the other hand gets many more players than that. Again, they are consistent players. I'm the primary content provider on ALL of our sites, so it's not a matter of her having a different writing style. I build and write, Marlene replaces banners and such. We can get things done much faster that way. The point is, Rewards properties do much better on her sites than mine.

Auditing regularly comes clean with them. To my knowledge, there has never been one question raised with these audits.

Now, all that said, let me say this:

Bigbcasinos, is perhaps one of the most regarded affiliates at GPWA. He is known throughout the industry for his fairness, integrity, and willingness to help people. He also has full authority to excercise his judgement when it comes to matters relating to GPWA. As do the members of the GPWA Security team, and all of our moderators and assistant managers.

The only thing we EVER ask, is that if you make an accusation against anyone, whether as a player, OR an affiliate, you be prepared to back up your accusation with verifiable PROOF of wrong doing. How do we do this you may ask? By providing any emails received, screen-shots, etc.

So, short of providing PROOF, we ask you not to post further on the matter. There are ways to handle such things. Especially on a forum of this caliber, where things get indexed quickly. It's far easier to do damage to an otherwise credible program than it is to undo it.

SHOW ME PROOF NOW, that they ripped you off. Unless you provide that, then I have no choice but to ask that you refrain from posting negatively about them until such time as you can present that proof. As it stands now, there are webmasters making millions of dollars who will say it's not so.

There are webmasters making only the minimum to get paid, who will say it isn't so. I also have webmasters WHO MAKE NOTHING, who will say it isn't so.

So as I said, present the proof, or quite frankly, take your accusations elsewhere. You'll get the same response at other forums.

Let this serve as a warning that Bigbcasinos and anyone else with the "powers" can act accordingly to prevent any unproven and otherwise false accusations from happening.

I have to agree with CasinoGlen on this... I recently signed up for Casino Rewards to broaden the scope of the casinos I list on my site now that I'm starting to get sign-ups (finally... 6 so far this month!!!). I have yet to download their software and sign-up as a player to test the stats, but the click counter seems to be spot-on. When I first read PumCats post I have to be honest and say that I was a bit worried. I have just started to add Casino Rewards casinos into my site... and reading the negative post did put some hesitation in me. So, you can defintiely do some damage with a post like that if you don't have the proof to back it up. Even if it's planting a small seed in the mind of potential webmasters, it's not a good thing. Anyway, thanks for everyone else for responding to put my mind at ease.

Yes people can make money with these groups

Yes the stats are always correct when i have tested the " clicks "

No they have not always been correct when it comes to downloads

I have made more at casino1x2 ( rogue ) when I promoted it a couple years ago.

Any webmaster who looks at this, simply answer this:

Was anybody worried when casino rewards took over captain cooks group, or any of the recent additions ?

If you send a casino 1000 hits and you make $50, you must believe something is wrong.

I will not post any further comments.....these are opinions, nothing more at this point.

If you have an affiliate issue, you need to email. Not go running around calling the company thieves. Too funny.

Anyway, carry over amounts with cooks were paid out via adhoc payment to all. Send me through your old integrity aff id, and I will chase up the payment for you - or send you a reference number confirming it was paid so you can go verify on your own.

As for phoenician or aztec. Anybody who we could not find a 'solid match' for, gets a new system generated account and the players put in there. There is a mail that goes out to the email address on file. If you didn't get the email (spam filters, expired email addy), then drop me a note and let me know ... easy

Also, if you want them consolidated into an existing account ... you need to let me know that

Finally, maybe you don't understand the size and scope of this company ... I'm just an employee, but trust me ... the company would not be bothered with such tiny amounts of money ... and certainly not willing to allocate resources to purposely do it. Furthermore ... and I've said this before ... why would a company spend millions and millions to go buy up the competition and then try to short a some affiliate 100 bucks? I really not trying to sound condescending, but just email me ... it's much easier (although probably less fun for you) to get the problem sorted and move and then you can get back to being an affiliate and I can get back to my job

An accusation was made here, against a program that 99.999999999999999% of the rest of the world feels is unjust. ANYONE is welcome to bring their problems here, and there's not a member, public or private, who will not try to help out.

All we ask in return, is that if you have a complaint, have something to go along with the complaint, that substantiates it. Making posts at this forum for the sake of posting when you are pissed off at a program or an individual for that matter will go no where, and could quickly tarnish an otherwise impeccable reputation just because you're angry.

I'm closing this thread now, but leaving it in place. Why? Because if someone does pick up on it, they'll see the claims as unproven, and a number of participating webmasters who have things to say otherwise.

For those reading this now, let it be known, that if you have a complaint, by all means let us know, but bring verifiable proof too.

This program has withstood test after test. When these tests are conducted, they don't know when we do them. They don't even know if they've been done on them or not to begin with. If they make it through, that's all I have to know.

This is NOT a personal message to Pumacat, it's to everyone, members and guests alike.

I seriously ask that anyone who is tempted to ever call a casino a cheat based on results of visitors sent versus conversions, please FIRST look at your own traffic quality and the message you send to your visitors. If you promote the $10 free coupons then do NOT expect fireworks. If you get found for "free this and that" type terms, then do NOT expect fireworks.

I know you can't respond here so I will start a new thread which states this clearly. Feel free to fight back and scream. No censorship if you keep the language and personal remarks to an acceptable level
