Sad News for Us regarding Lanidar

This message is for those of you who might have known Lanidar throughout the years. He was a really great guy!

It pains me beyond what words can describe to anounce that our GOOD FRIEND Lanidar has passed away.
He had a severe stroke in February, and was taken from us on March, 3, 2008.

When I got the news of this, I was stunned as I’m sure we all were that knew Lanidar from the boards.

If I had a dollar for every time Lanidar made me laugh, I’d be a wealthy man!
Yet I’d give it all up if we could have him back.

Some might not understand how you can get attached to people on a message board, but this man hooked me and thousands of others with his incredible sense of humor, wit, and those WILD and WHACKY photos he always posted.

It just shows how powerful the internet really is when you could cry all over your keyboard about someone you never met in person.
It makes me so proud that he was a staple here at the Sucks board, and reinforces just how much value there is in not censoring people, and allowing them to just be who they are, and speak their minds.

He fought for his causes here, not because HE stood to gain, but because he wanted to help others avoid the potholes and pitfalls.
This was a genuinely ethical, FUNNY and NICE human being.
He would spend a fortune saving a CAT or DOG that needed medical attention.

That’s the kind of man he was, and I hope GOD rewards you accordingly!
If there are different levels of Heaven, Lanidar will be near the TOP!
Assuming I get there, I know we won’t be on the same level Old Buddy!
Maybe I can get a pass to move up for a day or two so we can finally meet!

And,.. Don’t play Poker with the Almighty!

Oh well, go ahead. You may as well continue that massive losing streak!
