Digika Affiliates - not paid for half year

I see that Digika is listed as a gold partner here which I find odd given they have a problem with affiliate payments. We have issued invoices for affiliate commissions (actual commissions we earned from referred players, not some flat fees that we did not earn..) and no payment since August 2025.

We understand one month delay, someone missed the invoice for payment processing, but half a year.. and when in contact with them we always get some BS reply that invoices have been sent to finance for processing, that they have no financial director to make the payment and so on..

I see we are not the only one in this position, on their program profile https://www.gpwa.org/affiliate-progr...ika-affiliates seems to be another thread related to that. A search on google will return other affiliates complaining of same issue.. so I don;t understand how this program is listed as gold partner..

My recommendation is take care with this program and their brands if you don't want to work in vain.
