Exactly as you said ... login to your account, click on "View Details and Downloads" in your purchase history and download the up2date version.

Why do the design and functionality changes we have made to Pokathem disappear when we update to the latest version (4.13)? Isn't there a way around this so we can update without losing our theme changes? This is the page with update issues https://www.rtgcoupons.com/

Depends. Its actually a complete different theme with the updated version.
U changed code within the theme files? Do you use a child theme? Ofc if you edited the main theme and u update this, all changes will be overwritten!
Why do u want an update?
In any case, it could be a good idea to reach out to the theme dev?!

I logged in, my products are nil, after having bought the plugin, and the theme. No reply when I ask for the last version.

Purchase history
You have not made any purchases.
This is what I see in my account area, and in the email, I was encouraged to pay for development at a low rate. I don't have the theme for download now.
Though I see a forum in my account for version 2, 3, & 4. None for the plugin.
Thanks
