What are your best sources of ideas for your affiliate sites?

As affiliates, we all want our sites to be as successful as possible. There are a lot of factors that go into a successful site. And there are a lot of possible sources of ideas for improvements we could make to our sites.

New Ideas... I have already implemented some good ones which are working awesome,, I wont say what they are but I am surprised it hasn't been done yet

Good question. I`m always open to learning and inspiring myself from other webmasters who do a good job, I don`t see any shame in that as long as we`re not talking about copying / stealing. Of course, coming up with my own ideas is another big part, like it probably is for everybody.

Always a good idea to copy something that has been done well.. when I say Copy I DO NOT mean plagiarize or use or steal any content and or ideas that are unique , Trademarked or Licensed etc what i mean is if its a good site looks good and they use some stuff that is freely available to anyone then why not add bits and pieces to your site and better your overall presentation and offering

I think Michael, there's a little bit of everything. I have my ideas, but then when I see super sites,
I do not copy but I try to improve. But I'm not very strong lol.

Good ideas (at least for me) comes when I am pushed to the wall and knowing that nobody could save me, other than that I just follow the others .
With that being said there is no better feeling than me success in something I had no clue whether is going to work or not .
That's what keeps me motivated ,other than that I punch myself in the face every morning because there is always something I have to learn from others

I usually get an idea, to me a very grand concept, I implement it as best as I could, and then wait to see whether it has any potential.

It's the same method I used for other ventures and the ones that hit, hit it big,. The ones that failed, even though it stings, chalk it up to life experience and keep on fighting.

But work hard, heed constructive advice, don't listen to negative influences and stop to embrace life once in a while.

Alcohol definitely helps too.
