Default Would displaying an offers feed from another site make google throw a wobbly?

Wasn't really sure what to call this thread, so hopefully I'll do a better job of explaining it that I did naming it.

Basically on one of my sites I set up a page to show active betting offers for existing customers - free bets on specific matches, reload bonuses etc... You can see what I mean here: http://www.bestfreebets.org.uk/betting-offers.html

Not many on it at the moment, but the idea is to cover all deals from the brands I promote.

But then I spotted a nice little domain that was FTR that I've decided will do the same thing, but on a larger scale. So instead of just listing the offers it will also categorise them by sport and event etc... You can see this new site here (although it's still in dev and doesn't have any offers on it yet): http://www.bettingoffers.org.uk/

At first I was going to run the two independently, but that involves repeating the offers and writing everything up twice. So I was thinking an alternative would be to make the offers section of bestfreebets.org.uk a feed from bettingoffers.org.uk - whilst making it very clear to users that the two sites are related.

This would obviously produce a ton of links going from bestfreebets.org.uk to bettingoffers.org.uk - would that make google throw a hissy fit and penalise one or both of the sites?

Thoughts? The obvious one that comes to mind is to nofollow the links, but it would help the offers get indexed if they were dofollow

I'd personally go the route of providing a note on the site saying something along the lines of "latest offers provided by..." in order to clue in both visitors and manual reviewers to what you're doing so that it shows good faith.

Additionally, I'd be certain to have very unique content on both sites so that you demonstrate why you have two separate sites instead of one "bigger" site.

Thanks mate. I'm pretty sure I can swing it passed a manual review as the two sites will clearly be aimed at two different kinds of offers (introductory vs retention) and all the info would be distinctly different.

I'm more worried about algorithmic penalties from the links tripping some kind of filter.
