GoWild closing down? Or just not paying for players any longer?!

After 12 years of successful operations, we have made a strategic decision to shut down GOWILD operations, effective as of December 31, 2020.

To this end, we have already begun significantly downsizing. A skeleton team remains in place to ensure that business runs smoothly through the end of the year.

Important points for you:

• GOWILD will continue to honor all past deals and agreements with its partners until 31/12/2020. After this date, no commissions will be paid to affiliates.
• Effective on 01/01/2021 the NetRefer system will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access it.
• The banking section on www.gowild www.gowildpartners.com/partners.com will remain active until 31/01/2021 in order for you to be able to withdraw the commission.

They were very generous with offers on Online conferences and this was it. At least they give some notification.

3 months for last payments and then thy will create new casino with the already exisitng base ....

The representative said, " it was weekend and probably a lot of people sent emails. you will get a reply soon. Regarding the question about Wildjackpots, is going to be closed as well. All the casinos will be closed".

I was actually referring to previous emails I had sent chasing a payment, not the one relating to the closing down.

However, they have now replied to the closing down email and as you mentioned above - it is actually all of their brands that are closing: GoWild, Wild Jackpots, Astralbet, Piggy Bang and Bee Spins

I have now been getting replies from GoWild, however If any of you are below the 200.00 Euro threshold, chances are that you are going to kiss your money goodbye, as I have a figure of 160.00 Euros owed to me which they have not paid due to it being below the threshold.
When I queried this with them and said that obviously now that they are closing down - I would not be able to make that threshold as I am not prepared to push a casino that I know is closing in 2 months time....their response was:

As you have previously stated in your email, the threshold for processing payments is EUR 200.00; therefore, as your total earnings haven't reached the threshold yet, the account did not qualify for the most recent payment cycle.

Not to worry, you have the opportunity to reach the minimum threshold until 31/12/2020.

It's nothing short of theft whether a program closes or is shut down by a higher authority. There's no excuses. Everyone needs all the money they can get these days, including what's rightfully owed to them and especially given how hard life has become.

At least they replied to you, i am in the same situation, just shy of the 200euro threshold, sent 15 emails this week alone not a single reply.

What they are doing should be illegal, even though we didnt make the threshold its technically still commissions owe to us.

They are ignoring emails and not replying to affiliates at all.

Its honestly disgusting, service.
