Default Questions To Ask A New Potential Affiliate Company

Over the weekend I was looking over my competitions sites and saw that many of them were promoting a different sportsbook. I read the terms and conditions however I still had some questions that I wanted to get clarity on. I put together a list of some questions for affiliates to ask a new potential affiliate company. I was hoping to hear some feedback from seasoned affiliates and also affiliate managers about the questions and if I overlooked anything. Also if there are any new affiliate marketer these questions may be helpful and perhaps store them in a word document before requesting to join a program. I look forward to hearing feedback. Thanks

    Do you take US Players?
Do you have negative carry over?
Does the affiliate own the player for lifetime?
Do you have a sub-affiliate program?
Do you have campaign tracking (real campaign tracking that shows campigns from clicks to signups to revenue)?

Then the biggie, What is your reputation with players?

Then I come here and ask my affiliate friends many of the same questions concerning the group and compare the answers provided by the program and see how straight up they answered.

    Hi All,

When it comes to player/affiliate acceptance, the only restrictions we have are either due to gambling regulations or restrictions that are imposed upon us.

If a player account is inactive, it simple remains that way until the player decides to return. We might ask for verification depending on how long the account has been inactive.

We have a list of payment options for affiliates to choose from. The most common ones being Bank transfer, MoneyBookers, Neteller and also via Player Account.

No restrictions of no. of players, the more the merrier.

The minimum amount for affiliates to withdraw is €50 although this can be increased upon request.

We allow affiliates to choose their player account as a payment option.

Affiliates can sign up under their own names or company name - which ever they please.

We are unable to accept US traffic.

We offer No Negative Carry Over

Affiliate Commission is for Life time value

We do have a sub affiliate program

Our Affiliate back office tracks clicks, signs up, deposits, new activity, activity during the month based on your Reward Plan model.

I have tried to answer all your questions to the best of my ability. I hope this helps!

    Regards,
    Rebecca.

What is the duration of your tracking cookies, and what other methods do you use to track affiliate traffic?

    Hi Sweetbet,

Cookie tracking is normally for a 30 day period. The norm and most commonly used to track affiliate traffic is via Btag (either banners or text links) and Offline Tracking Codes.

    Regards,
    Rebecca.
