Their stats are not complete, gains no longer occur, the net is gaining at 0 ...
What's going on there at Europartners?

Europartners has some serious issues with their stats since the change over to this new system at the beginning of the summer.

I have not seen them around the forum for a few days, but I will post a note in the private forums asking them to contact each of you.

Hey Jay Todd,

I can say from my end they are working things out. My Affiliate Manager has been super in helping me. In fact more than I expected.

Also Marc and Robin have been around to help as well.....

Europartners does not work Thursdays - Sundays....

So i think in all fairness some replies will come today or tomorrow..

There is a Europartners thread that has their updates as they happen...

Still a few issues hanging I am sure, but i can say from My own experience they have been helpful...

Note: I just did not want you to think they are ignoring people... I dont think they are doing this purposefully...

Hope this helps... and if people want to get contact may be a good idea to post in their thread for Europartners.. They will read it.. and most likely reply.

Thanks for the info. I am ready to get things resolved so we can get things back on track, including having their interview put back up. In this thread, it does look as if they are not responding as much as they should be. And although I am certain that's not an accurate reflection of their concern or professionalism, it's still a reflection... and I hope they are aware of that.

By the way, they take off Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday? Good night! I should be working for them! I could use a 3 day work week! LOL!

@Integrity As I already mentioned, I am not currently their affiliate. I sent them 2 messages last week because I was genuinely interested in working with them (they have some of the few casinos available in Romanian).

Still no answers for me, but I am glad they are at least keeping track of their existing affiliates.

Jay-
To make things easier we will post all responses in both threads if that will help.
If you have a look at the private threads I think you'll agree that our responses and attention to these issues have been much better over recent time and we are taking this very seriously.
We still have issues to resolve and even though progress has been made we are doing all that we can to speed things up and resolve everything.
I am much less concerned about the video (although would like to see it personally) than our interaction with the affiliates.
I want to improve the way we do things and our partnership with all affiliates, new and old.
If you or anyone else has any suggestions or comments please post or PM me, I would very much appreciate to hear feedback wherever it can be used to improve.

As you saw we had some login problems and stats problems over the weekend.
As Robin said, the logins was resolved and October stats are up to date.
November stats are still updating so are not fully up to date but should be by tomorrow.

In terms of profiles we are waiting for an update but there definitely will be progress made on this and before the end of the year (a lot sooner according to the developers).
I'll update you as I hear, I am getting a detailed updated on thursday.

I used the 10 free bonus links which I thought had been approved by my former aff. manager RC but after some conversations with friends it turned out that if I promoted this 10freeprofile without permission, EP will keep these players for themselves is this correct or not ?

I used the regular links also so I could not tell.

Yesterday Chris emailed me for advertising I replied that nobody answered my question infact he did not also.

At this time I am busy removing all EP links !

That is not correct.
We will not keep players if the bonus was not approved.
The only thing that could happen is if you use the wrong link then players won't get the bonus.
From what I can see the link is correct (it leads to the 10 free page).
I've asked Chris to contact you regarding this today.
He will be in the office in a few hours and will contact you then.

I will follow up to check what happens and please feel free to PM me.

I want to make it clear that any players that register with an affiliate link of any kind are counted towards the affiliate. (regardless of the bonus)

I have been dealing with the developers regarding the profile issue and have some news.
They have located the problem with the profiles and can reproduce it.
I have just finished on the phone regarding possible rollouts of a solution.
Obviously this is a core component and we are looking for the fastest possible fix.

I have a call with them tomorrow to hear time estimations on the fix and will let you know when I know.

Not sure of the time frame... if there is one. It's almost better, IMHO, to just scrap it and shoot another in January at ICE to clear the air and ask the questions you guys wanna hear them answer on camera. Hopefully this will be completely resolved by that time.

Yes, but that was a totally different issue.

Europartners is caught in a bad situation here, dealing with technical problems that are not easily resolved. I know it's embarrassing for them, and I can't believe that they would want to put affiliates through this for even a moment more.

I fully understand webmaster frustrations, and we will see that this issue is resolved. And I have faith that Europartners will do whatever they have to in order to make sure their affiliates are happy and treated fairly.

on their end the stats are probably working too good. They are tracking everything and we just cant have that now can we. Ive not promoted this group since they refused to reply to a single email a few months back. another one just not worth promoting anymore.

Taking a step back (and forgetting that it's my program we're talking about), it is pretty funny.
On the bright side at least this is an example of where affiliates and program are trying to work together to solve something.

Integrity:
London's still a bit away and we need to work on resolution before then either way.
Regarding which option is better, we can decide together.
Maybe we can put a poll up about it once we're past this issues:

• Both

We are going through at least the same level of frustrations that our affiliates are.
I don't appreciate or think it's fair to make comments about the stats working "too good" on our side.
That's not the way we operate and in an industry experiencing problems with unscrupulous operators, classing an honest operator like this does not help any of us.
In terms of the emails, I am not sure what happened and there is no excuse for you not being responded to.
Even if you don't want to work with us I would appreciate it if you PM'ed me the details so we can improve for those affiliates who do work with us.
In terms of "not worth promoting" I think the amount of affiliates who earn well with us, have great partnerships with us and the level of trust and tolerance that the community has shown throughout the new system issues proves that we are in fact a program very worth promoting.

Jay, looking forward to that new video you guys did at ICE. I think you promised this months ago, but don't just post the new one. Also the old one please.

No one gives a sh*t any more about this.

An affiliate friend of mine who works with European markets said that the affiliate program at EuroPartners is a sad joke, comparing it to the old one. And the old one, which he described as 100X better, is used by every two bit casino Playtech sends out these days.

What is the real story?
