Default (RESOLVED) Everest Affiliates payment concern (RESOLVED)

This program has not responded for a month on questions about payments etc.

Emails to this program are not working either.

IMO this is a platinum sponsor that is in breach of the GPWA code of conduct #3 and #4 and should therefore be suspended.

    • Affiliate Earnings, Bonuses, Winnings, and Account Balances

Sponsor will pay affiliates in a timely manner and in accordance with Sponsor’s published terms and conditions and will honor all of Sponsor’s written agreements with affiliates. Sponsor Companies will credit the accounts of players with bonuses and winnings in accordance with published rules and procedures and will promptly pay players any balance in their account upon their request.

    • Affiliate Complaints

Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint.
The right of a GPWA affiliate member to lodge a complaint shall be absolute and no confidentiality or other agreement between a GPWA affiliate member, or a visitor to a website operated by a GPWA affiliate member, and any Sponsor Companies shall be construed as prohibiting the disclosure of otherwise confidential information to the GPWA or GPWA affiliate member for the purpose of lodging or otherwise substantiating such a complaint.

I posted an update in the previous thread that October payments will be made asap.

Still not ok from EA to be absent at forums and not informing affiliates about payments.

No payment received, IMO this program should be suspended until payment is made.

The GPWA code of conduct regarding sponsors that do not pay affiliates is irrelevant ?

I think Everest Affiliates should AT LEAST be required to respond to you to address your non-payment.

"Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded by the GPWA or by a GPWA affiliate member on behalf of the affiliate or on behalf of a visitor to a website operated by the affiliate. If the complaint alleges the Sponsor Companies failed to comply with these terms the Sponsor agrees the Sponsor Companies will either provide reasonable evidence of compliance with these terms, or offer a fair resolution of the complaint."

Got my popcorn ready... where's the response and the evidence?

    2. No reply from the GPWA staff

I will repeat this issue until it is settled.

Apart from elgoog's report of having been paid using the normal process, we've also seen similar comments from other members. Based on the discussions, it looks like this is not something like a payments freeze but a matter specific to your account - particularly given your comment about having received a partial payment.

I see that you have posted the details about this in a separate thread (affiliate ID, amount owed, timeframe in which the commissions were earned). I have sent this information to my Everest contact.

    Hello,
they payed me all the time. So I think Everest is a good and stable program.
The only thing is, since some month, the payment come more late. Normaly at 10, of the next month, and now all the time at the last week at the next month. I am a german and I have partners from germany and they are very nervoes about this. But I hope this problem is fixed now.
