So I just started doing Adwords and Overture and I'm getting a lot more clicks, but no sign-ups.

But I checked one of my affiliate programs today, and it LOOKS like I got some sign-ups AND cash! But I can't tell if this is "temporary" money, i.e. my percentage of the player's deposit (what does "casino hold" mean), or whether this is money I've actually earned. Can I get excited yet? Here's the info from my stats page:
