Trino Partners Not Paying Affiliates Commission. (RESOLVED)

Trino Partners are not fulfilling their obligations. The most interesting thing that they are not ignoring you, they are almost always in contact. They say that they will pay and it lasts for months.
From the very beginning the way they calculated our commission was wrong. All right - happens. When I figured it out - we agreed that they will recalculate commission. That's Perfect. But the problem is that starting from that point they only promised to make everything right but no steps were made from their side. Moreover, they stopped to add our commission to the balance. Also, only promises to make the payments. Screens attached. At the moment they owe us €7697. This is unprofessional attitude, so stay away from them.

Thanks for reporting. From you domain authority and those comissions I would think you would have a lot more leverage, what it is left for smaller ones like us. Can you share where were you approached by them in the first place?

As you can see, some affiliates don’t care about their reputation at all. I first got in touch with them in June of last year.

Well that was fast… Wonder what’s their idea, why have an affiliate program, pay affiliate managers and affiliate software to just behave like this and spoil the brand. Big time candidate for blacklisting in all GPWA member’s sites.

I'm sorry, but why would you even bother keep sending traffic after several months of no payments. These days you should try to secure listing fees / upfront payments to cover the first month.

These clowns from Trino Partners owe us commission and dont want pay. And the best part is, when you keep asking for your due commission, they say management takes care of it. Holy ****, really?

Eventually, we were able to re-establish communication with Trino through their senior manager, Mariia (@mariia_trino). She listened to us thoroughly and understood the problem. She admitted that such a situation should never have happened and promised that it would not happen again. Thanks to her commitment, the commission was paid immediately.

At this point, I believe that the problem has been resolved.

I have seen a few posts about Trino, it seems that there are issues with getting paid but everyone does seem to get paid in the end, is this correct? I am looking for a few partners to build up my network. I have a few sites and a number of players mainly US based. Does anyone have a suggestion, would Trino be any good?
