    Default Bitcoin Casinos T&C

We are looking for some specific points in regards to bitcoin casinos.
Since the payment method is so different than anything else we familiar with, which are the parts in the long T&C we should double check.

One partner already warned us about the refund policy ( Since bitocin is P2P and immediate )

    Thanks

Well for one I wonder how much the casinos that take bitcoins are interested in the KYC rules and regulations.

If they are not following good practices with that for players that want to play off the bitcoin air, I would be hesitant to consider working with them since this would certainly run afoul of the bitcoin finacial regulations that are approaching and will likely become a reality this year.

I don't think it would be prudent for operators to encourage following the KYC rules for all payment methods EXCEPT bitcoins.

IMHO - Bitcoin & Onlinne Gambling will not have a common future, at least in the nearest future, until Bitcoin is a Crypto Currency which can not be verified by some autorities such as Tax authorities, Procuratorate, Police, etc.

In my opinion, bitcoin will never become a "currency" in the US. It is considered a commodity in the US as well as some other countries.

Whether it ever advances past that, I think that ALL the exchanges need to start following the KYC rules and that alone may hurt the overall value of it since most that use and trade heavily in it still are under the false impression that it can not be traced.

I believe so too! however I do see the growing trend of this currency and other alternative currencies and its very hard to predict when and if it'll fall or raise at this stage.
I think its too soon to know because the phenomena is still in early stages relatively to the time that the internet is live.

But again, I also dont believe it'll become a currency in the US or any country, at least not in its current concept. No country needs more currencies.
