Default Checking Web Pages Before Link Building

While reading things about link popularity and how to dramatically increase it, I stumbled on this Page Primer Suite when reading and absorbing a lot of information from this article about 10 easy steps to improve link popularity.

While I agree that it is very important to double check site web pages before hitting the go signal for link building campaign, as I always execute it, I never really had used a tool like Page Primer to check my pages but satisfied with what gorank can provide. Do you guys use the suite? If so, I would like to learn how it has been helpful to you. Thanks.

Well as an example and a test, I ran a page through the free test version they have.

They reported the page had 4 browser compatability problems and when I looked at the detailed report it said I had html width problems in 2 tables on line 40 and line 53. It clearly stated I had missing width on the table objects on those 2 lines.

Well that page has divs on line 40 and 53 not tables and the width is defined for both of those in css.

If there were truly something wrong with those divs, why wouldn't the same issue show up later in the page when the div is used again?
