Affutd Weird Stats

I have not been in this business long but i am concerned by the number of programmes that are having difficulties with updating stats and getting them right !! I do not normally take a great deal of notice of players/ stats etc however the other day i was looking through my affutd earnings report and noticed that despite earning a little bit of money my negative balance has increased. Surely if i am making money my negative will reduce

I have brought this to my AM attention who passed it on to the "Finance Department" and there response was

It’s just conversion rate difference.
What the system do is, every month they convert the amounts into their preferred currency but computations are still USD

Does this sound like it could be true ? Seems a bit odd to me

Also been looking them up and many reports are not over good

it's easy for me - they have limited stats cause it is easy to manipulate it
