I tried to enter the link exchage forum but it is blocked - why?

The Link Exchange Forum is for Members only. If you would like to exchange links, then post your message in this forum and you will get responses from Members and Non-Members alike. If you know what your Google PR is, than I would add that to the post also (i.e. PR4).
