Visit their site and look for their affiliate programs and contacts. Visit our sponsors section as each operator has management contact information.
The logical reason to start with affiliate program contacts will more often get you get in contact with business related instead of simply play support related contacts.
If there are any conferences coming up in the near future you might want to consider visiting one to see if that is helpful getting leads and contacts.
You may also want to check out the https://www.igamingdirectory.com/ to see if that helps.
Keep in mind most operators are approached all the time with the latest greatest ideas and software etc. which leads to consistent filtering and contact screening.

Without knowing exactly what you're offering, what I'd suggest is having a professional website for one.
If you do a lot of gambling related searches, you'll find some third party companies that manage game provider integration and that sort of thing.
If you want to provide an auxiliary service, I would have a detailed site presenting you software and covering a variety of topics related to, this will gain you some SEO driven traffic over time. Have a contact form for them to contact you. Also a good design and presentation certainly will help first impressions, and if successful as you grow can blog about successful partnerships and integrations.
Also, if you don't already have a formal PDF presentation I would suggest that. Both available on your website, and for sending over email. I'd also suggest and LinkedIn business page, and add as many people in the gambling industry to your personal network. And then also going to conferences and potentially having a booth.
If you're reaching out cold, better to have something professional for them to look at, and even then may be difficult to get your foot in the door. Also, you say "big gambling companies", and sure that may be the ideal client. Though realistically, smaller companies may be more accessible and more practical to work with early on as a start up.
Building any track record could help landing larger contacts. Not really sure how proven and tested your business model and software is, if it's beyond the concept phase great, you may have something good and wanted(especially if the business model has already seen success). If it's still in a conceptual phase good luck. Not really sure what exactly you are offering and what stage of development, though regardless of what stage at the very least having some professional materials will help.

Thnk you for your response!
We are offering gamers to bet on their own games.
"Also, you say "big gambling companies", and sure that may be the ideal client. Though realistically, smaller companies may be more accessible and more practical to work with early on as a start up." For this business model I need some audience in different regions. I mean the company that has audience, and I am offering a new tool to monetise their existing audience better. I am also interested in smaller companies to start and prove the concept, but now it seems to me, that getting in touch with smaller and bigger companies "costs" pretty much the same.
You don't give much information, so some of the advice you receive probably won't apply to your situation. But, on a general level, I would suggest:
- Create a list of the major gambling companies that align with your interests. Then, head over to LinkedIn and try to connect with relevant people within those companies. Make sure your LinkedIn profile is updated and showcases relevant information.
- Participate in forums (like this one) and search for representatives of these companies or individuals who might be able to connect you with them.
- Cold outreach: Research and gather contact information for the companies you're interested in, and send them a message. When reaching out, try to use a professional email address, personalize each message and get straight to the point.
Lastly, and this is more of a personal tip, I recommend avoiding expressions like "unique business model" when contacting them. I have dealt with a large volume of emails, and I tend to overlook messages containing such phrases.

Nothing earth shattering or life changing there as this is what most affiliates do.
Having an audience in different regions is up to you and you just need to find operators that take the traffic from the geo's you plan to target.
Whatever great new tool or concept you may have, the best way is, as others have said, stop using terms such as "unique business model" and start sending converting traffic to some operators and develop a track record. If the concept is good you may later be able to make better deals etc, but will at least have a record of converting traffic you can show the operators during negotiations.
If in fact your offer for operators is not an affiliate offer (since you imply you have software for them to use) then visiting conferences to make personal contact as well as providing actual data that you latest greatest software concept works may be necessary. Most operators you may be in contact with may just simply say, "prove it" and without a proven track record with other operators, how would you answer that?

Thanks for the response, Rick
I see here is a confusion, we offer Espotrs gamers to bet on their own normal matches. There used to be some projects that could be described that way, but our business model is different from anything on the market (there is one startup from 2022 that has similar businnes model, but it has nothing to do with Esports). So far I cannot share everything, why this business model is "unique" (I used this word only at this forum and I agree with the comments above).
About proving, I would answer something like: you have customers that make bets, some of them playing video games, let's say Fortnite, with our software all you need to do is to host the bet and take profit. That probably wouldn't be enough for most companies, but all I need is 1 partnership, than things change a lot.
Again, thanks everybody for taking your time to answer, I have read every answer multiple times to not miss a thing.
Hi Legen,
Below are a few tips, assuming you already have a pitch deck, knowledge, etc about your start up:
- Attend industry-specific conferences, meetups, and networking events where investors gather.
- Reach out to Angel Investors and Venture Capital Firms via LinkedIn or cold email. LinkedIn seems the best place to start a business conversation these days.
- Websites like AngelList, SeedInvest, and Crowdcube allow you to create a profile for your startup, showcase your pitch, and connect with potential investors.
- Check out crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter or Indiegogo
- Participate in pitch competitions organized by Sigma or by others like ICE London.
Building relationships and demonstrating the potential for a ROI (return on investment) will increase your chances of securing funding for your startup.
Hope the above helps.
Best regards,
- Gabriel

Best jurisdiction for incorporation of gambling startup still remains Curacao. Compared to other countries, it has lower capital requirements, relatively easy procedure of obtaining a license, this license covers all types of gambling and opens quite many countries where you can accept players from. And 2% Net profit tax to top the cake.
Whilst there are some red tape and limitations, Curacao still remains the top choice for startup.
