Advice wanted... Australia, Nigeria, and... Thailand?

Who would people suggest are the top affiliate schemes for the Australian market? I know who the big name bookmakers are but I do not know which affiliate schemes have responsive managers and fair T&Cs. Any suggestions welcome, and I would be happy to use a sub affiliate link if you have one and if we have not already joined them anyway.

Next... Nigeria! I have no idea, does anyone here get any traffic there whatsoever? I am interested to know if there is any known scam or rougue sites (as well as affiliates) I should avoid. Better to learn here than find out the hard way.

Finally... Thailand! I thought it was illegal for ANYONE to sign up Thai players, however someone on this forum mentioned an affiliate conference in Thailand. Are there any sites that do infact accept Thai players?

We're pretty much inundated with TV ads from all the well known, AU licensed sportsbooks out here. I'm not sure affiliates, have much of a chance these days of competing against these books... It would seem like a waste of time.
