If you are accepting offers sure, then as a seller you have the right to either accept or decline the offer, or even make a counter offer.

But to want a buyer to provide you with a budget, instead of just simply listing a ball park amount you are looking to get for the site is a possible reason you may see reduced responses.

Our budget is pretty high, and if needed we can get more money from the client we are working with. I do not understand why you go that routhe tho, but I hope you have sites that are worst at least €1million plus, if you choose to ask for budget first?
