Essential computer skills/languages for a mega gambling portal?

[edc]

I downloaded alexa.com's Top 1,000,000 Sites.

Then searched for casino.

I found:

casinocity.com
at google.com, site:casinocity.com
16,400 indexed pages

casinomeister.com
5,780 indexed pages

56casino.com
1,750 indexed pages

exclusivecasinoclub.com
589 indexed pages

What essential computer skills/languages are needed for a mega gambling portal?

Thanks

I know a little html, perl, and photoshop.

I guess I'll start off by mastering wordpress.

And finally, take a course in writing.

Good luck to all.

Apart from the necessary skills, you must learn a lot about SEO and be prepared to do a prodigious amount of work on a continuous basis. It would also help if you have partners on board to assist with content, link building, blog articles, SEO etc.
