I own a site that ranks number one for a major sport that is only getting bigger and has plenty of time to grow. Number one on google for a major money term with no ads, no dodgy links ( maybe 6 or seven link exchanges to relevant sites and forum sigs - that's genuinely it). That's after 1 year of pure quality content. The site has an active forum and has lots of quality posters.

I'm thinking of selling it. Why? Genuinely, I might be tired of it ( or i might just be burnt out and need a break). It is THE number 1 site on the net on google for this sport, and like I said, you wont find any dodgy links or weirdness. It's all accessible content. And panda/goodle updates wont hurt it either i'd say in my semi-educated opinion, as there's no bad links, and its all real content, extensive too. Twitter account, google +, youtube ( few vids) facebook.

Anyway, I've never really pushed the affiliate thing on there and I wont be selling the ones I have as I have a freebet site i'm developing that I need to keep them for. I'm not that conversion minded to be honest, and the opportunity is there to definitely increase revenue.

Cynics are probably saying why sell it if there's so much potential - well, with family ****, my own involvement in betting on the sport, and my desire to spend more time with the family and work on some social enterprise projects - i want some time back too.

Anyway, im going on. If anyone is interested in having a look at the domain pm me. Im not desperate to sell but i'd let it go for the right price. It might be a good asset for someone who is big into Sports betting already, as an extra niche you would control. There's a good 140 articles written, aside from pages and guides, free bet details and reviews etc. , all over 1000 words long (most over 2000), and a forum that's packed full after only 6 months in operation. The site alone has over 500+ hours work in it (being very conservative there - it has been a labour of love) - just to give you an idea of the effort gone in.
